I had this dream. It was essentially... I was at a house somewhere in Portland. It was like a wooden house, near a waterfront, and there were these big stained glass curved windows around it, but it was away from other houses, and it felt like it was in a depression in the earth, like in a ravine or something like that. So I had a job. I was there to work, but I was alone there, and it was an overnight job where there were these corpses of people throughout the house that were all shriveled up, like they looked like an exterior of raisin, but they were human-sized, like mummies, but minus the wrappings and stuff. So they were unrecognizable. And then throughout the house were their respective shells, and I had to remember what corpse's shell belonged to which corpse, and my job was to put the corpses in the shells, but it was very... So the shells resembled the corpses that they were respective to when they were alive and not decomposed or mummified, so it would be like the shell would just look like you or me, but it was completely hollow. It was just the exterior. And it was very difficult, A, to remember which corpse went to each shell, and B, to actually get the corpses in the shells. And as I was doing this, the shells started to wake up because they wanted to have something within them, but they didn't have any higher functioning or ability to reason or anything. They would just stumble about towards me, and they kept grabbing me. I would get the shells mixed up because they were moving around, and they would grab me, and I could easily pry them off of me, because it was like they were half able to continue moving and half just jittering about. But I managed to start putting the corpses into the shells and catch up with everything, and I'm fairly certain that I didn't mix up any of the corpses in any of the shellsy. And once the corpses were in the shells, then shortly thereafter they would wake up, and they wouldn't know what was going on, and I would explain to them that they were given the gift of life once again and that they would get to continue living.
